Tease Hair Studio Cancellation Policy
At Tease Hair Studio, we understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy:
Appointment Confirmations:
We aim to make your scheduling as smooth as possible. To help you keep track of your appointments, we will send you a confirmation 48 hours in advance via SMS and email. This gives you ample time to adjust your plans if needed.
Free Early Cancellation/Modification:
We offer flexibility for our clients. You can cancel or modify your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible to accommodate other clients.
Late Cancellation or No Show:
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up, a 50% service charge will apply. This policy helps us manage our stylists' time effectively and ensures that we can offer appointments to other clients.
Same-Day Bookings:
We are happy to accommodate same-day bookings when possible. However, please note that these appointments are also subject to our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a same-day booking, the same rules for late cancellations and no-shows apply.
Grace Period:
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. We offer a 15-minute grace period if you are running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a No Show, and the No Show charge will apply. This policy ensures that we can provide timely service to all our clients and maintain our schedule.
