Tease Hair Studio - Cancellation Policy
Appointment Confirmations- You’ll receive a reminder 48 hours before your appointment by text and email.
Free Changes- Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
Late Cancellation/No Show- Cancels within 24 hours or missed appointments are charged 50% of the service.
Same-Day Bookings- Allowed when available, but the same cancellation rules apply.
Grace Period- 15 minutes. Arrivals later than that are considered No Shows and subject to the fee.

Tease Hair Studio – Hair Modification Policy
At Tease Hair Studio, our goal is for every client to leave feeling confident and satisfied with their hair. If you have any concerns with your service, we kindly ask that you notify us within 1 week of your appointment so we can address it promptly.
Adjustment Period- Clients have up to one week from the date of their appointment to request any adjustments.
Resolution First- Refunds are not issued without the opportunity for a stylist to personally evaluate your hair and attempt to resolve the concern.
Our Process- We will always make every effort to correct or adjust the service first.
Final Step- Only if all reasonable attempts have been made and we are unable to achieve resolution will further accommodations, including possible refunds, be considered.
